Help build the dataset this industry has never had.

Laundromat owners make six-figure decisions — on vend prices, on retools, on acquisitions — with almost no shared data. Vendors publish brochures. Facebook groups trade anecdotes. Nobody publishes actual numbers. This survey is step one of fixing that.

Our pledge: ~10 minutes. Everything is anonymous — no names, no store names. We ask for your metro area (not your address) so we can cut the data by region. Email is optional and stored separately from your answers. No vendor sponsors this survey, and no one buys the raw responses. Every number we publish comes with a sample size attached.
